Our “vision” is your “Sight”. Our intention is to enable individuals affected by vision loss to be able to achieve their goals with optimum results and minimal disruption. We promote, support and foster sight programs for individuals with vision impairment or vision related issues.

• KidSight – Lions Foundation of Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario, in partnership with regional Lions Clubs, offers a quick, simple vision screening program for children. It takes seconds, it’s hand-free and we come to your daycare, school or public event. Lions Foundation has purchased highly specialized and sophisticated cameras that can detect vision issues easily and quickly in children aged six months to eighteen years. Our Lion Volunteers will let the families, and the schools know if your child requires a follow-up visit to the optometrist. We believe that early detection and intervention in vision problems can change the course of a child’s life. 
• We provide funding assistance to individuals for vision-related issues.
• Recycle for Sight program – we recycle used eyeglasses for children and adults in developing countries. Since 1996 with your help, we have distributed over 800,000 eyeglasses.
